Please see the Required Columns section of msdn.microsoft.com/./adcenter-reporting-keywordperformancereportcolumn.aspx for a list of required columns. It appears as if you're using C#, so I'm curious why you chose this method to create and send your request instead of using a service reference? With a service reference, you can create request objects and call the operations as methods. I have 3 questions I hope the answers sort my problems out. Q1: My laptop is only 5 days old. Model Envy 17-j053ea. Simplepass is v. My OS was Windows 8 everything was great on every ite I put my username p/w. Seeing the upgrade to windows8.1 was free I updated this afternoon. I can see my p/w lited in simplepass window, but on most of my sites I have visited again, simplepass doesn't show up.
I have even deleted the u/n p/w in simplepasswindow then logged in to the site waited for simplpass to ask if I wanted to save those details, only to get nothing. However, when I cameto HP help site, simplepass lit up I swiped my finger it worked as expected.
Someone here has answered another quesion by saying 'try updating simplepass' mention there are 2 versions, a v8 v6. So how d I update simplepass when v6 interface hasnothing mentioning 'update' Q2: I had a HP lapop model DV7-6series all the u/n's p/w's were stored in a folder in my documents so I was able to keep acopy on a memory stick. This new version has not set up a folder in my documents I can't find the file with all my stored info. So can someonetell me what file does v6 use to store all that information in?

Have seen some performance degradation with large numbers of VMs but is solid on all 32 and 64 bit installs.
